Roger lives and teaches art in Devon. His work shows a refreshing disregard for the conventional constraints of the modern art establishment. He works often from the uncompromising landscapes of Dartmoor, tuning in to the mysterious ambiance of the moorland. His surreal vocabulary and unique treatment of the formal aspects of his work allow him to offer a true rendition of the essence of the moors and their vast history.
